Have you ever asked to do something or go somewhere and someone responds to you with a simple NO. Or maybe a No because I said so. We have gotten that many times from our parents, sometimes our significant others, and even friends and family. Well we are here to tell you that simple NO response is not enough. For good communication and relationships your NO response has no power unless backed up by a good reason for your NO response.
